PVC electrical conduit pipe making machine
This machine is mainly used to make 16-63mm PVC electrical pipes, PVC water pipes. With proper mould, it can also make CPVC pipes.
The extruder adopt double screw extruder and it is suitable for both PVC powder and PVC granules. The extruder has vacuum degassing system to make better plasticization during extrusion. The gearbox adopt water cooling system.
The vacumm forming tank adopt two cavities, which can make two PVC pipes at same time. The production speed of 20mm PVC pipes could be around 20m per minute.
Haul-off machine and cutting machine usually is designed as one. The haul-off machine could equipped servo motor for high speed hauling. The cutting machine could adopt no-dust cutting, and it can avoid the dust during cutting.
The pipe socketing machine can working online automatically. The control system adopt PLC touch screen. The heating adopt electric heating. The belling shape usually is U type.
