Description

1. The extrusion line is mainly used to produce wood plastic PE PP based WPC floor panel/board/profile, WPC outdoor decking.

2. The output can be up to 150kg to 180kg every hour.

3. Wood-plastic profile extrusion lines adopt special design screw & barrel , die head and processing technique for wood plastic products.

4. Two step way is used currently, parallel twin screw extruder is used for granulation,then conical twin screw extruder would be used for extrusion products. Power saving and space efficient, high output and steady-going extrusion pressure, preheating filling machine fixed on top of main extruder, extract most of water remaining in wood powder to make the feeding stage of extruder more solidify, plasticization and performs very well. Optimized screw design allows a small clearance to make wood fiber not easy to shear and to ensure melting material residence well-distribute. Screw & barrel made with bimetallic and nitride to ensure wear resistant and corrosion resistant of equipment , so as long to prolong service life.

5. This line applied to wood-plastic profile products for PE, PP, mainly applied to pallet, packaging plate, floor, and outdoor decorating materials, widely application. Wood powder and plant fiber addition volume very high (max can be reached to 50-75%), equipment with high flexibility to processing material such as PP, PE , ABS , PS at one time
