Introduction of PPR/FRP Three Layers Pipe Extrusion Line:

Inner / out layer adopt PPR raw material and middle layer is fiber Glass reinforced resin the specialized extruder for glass fiber reinforced plastics, double metal screw and barrel, it ensures high speed extrusion and long service life of extruder.
Special designed co-extrusion die head ensures even thickness of three layers; each of them can be adjusted freely. Excellence: this kind of PPR & FRP Pipe has features of high compressive strength, non-deformation under high temperature, non-bending and extreme small longitudinal shrinkage rate, completely solving the serious defects of deformation of PPR pipe after transmitting hot water.

8. The water cooling tank has a set of automatically control water temperature and water level . it can save lot of water and improve production efficiency .
