Machine Introduction
ABA 3 layer blowing film machine is composed of two extruders and one three-layer co-extrusion die head.
A extruder is used to produce the outer layer and inner layer of the film
B extruder is used to produce the middle layer of the film
This machine is the most popular machine for producing T-shirt bags and garbage bags, usually A extruder will use 100% virgin material, and B extruder will use 50% virgin material + 50% Caco3. The strength, sealing effect and printing effect of the film will not be reduced by adding a large amount of Caco3. Since the die head of the three layer ABA film blowing machine has three channels, the pressure loss is reduced, the film thickness is more uniform, and the power consumption is more economical.
Compared to the ABC three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine, it has one less extruder, so the cost of the aba blown film machine is greatly reduced. However, because it uses only one screw to control the inner and outer layers of the film, it is less operable in terms of film formulation. The raw material for the inner and outer layers of film will be the same and the ratio of inner and outer film will not be adjustable.
Suitable for HDPE, LDPE, PLA, PBAT raw materials, widely used in garbage bags, t-shirt bags, industrial and other civil and industrial packaging.
