It can be co extruded using one or more single screw extruders, with each extruder divided into 8 temperature control zones for precise temperature control. The output can reach 600KG/H, and it can be used in single-layer, A/B/A or A/B distribution modes. Can meet the requirement of simultaneously applying release film and adhesive fabric on both upper and lower layers. Adopting PLC overall control, it can be easily operated by only one person. The key components are easy to disassemble and replace, humanized, and remote control ports are reserved for global remote monitoring, with high cost-effectiveness.
