1、 Definition and purpose

2、 Structure and Composition
The PVC laminated foam board production line mainly consists of the following parts:
Cone double extruder: used to mix PVC resin and various auxiliary materials evenly and extrude them.
Foam mold: further plasticizes the extruded plastic melt evenly and generates the necessary molding pressure.
Shaping platform: Shape the extruded sheet to prevent an increase in cross-section.
Multi roll traction molding and traction machine: used for pulling and molding sheet materials to ensure their shape and size stability.
Vertical and horizontal cutting machine: Cutting sheets to meet different size requirements.

3、 Working principle
The working principle of the PVC laminated foam board production line is to mix PVC resin and various auxiliary materials evenly, and then extrude them through an extruder. During the extrusion process, the material is further plasticized uniformly through the shear flow of the foaming mold, and then subjected to shaping treatment through the shaping platform. Then, the multi roll traction molding and traction machine pull and shape the sheet to ensure its shape and size stability. Finally, the longitudinal and transverse cutting machines cut the sheets to meet the requirements of different sizes.
4、 Production process and formula
Raw material preparation: Accurately weigh PVC resin, foaming agent, stabilizer, lubricant, filler and other raw materials in a certain proportion, and feed them in the order required by the process.
Mixing and Extrusion: After mixing the raw materials evenly, they are extruded through a cone double extruder. During the extrusion process, it is necessary to control process parameters such as temperature and screw speed in each section.
Foaming and shaping: The extruded material is foamed through a foaming mold and then shaped on a shaping platform.
Traction and cutting: The sheet is pulled by a multi roll traction press and a traction machine, and then cut by a longitudinal and transverse cutting machine.
Finished product inspection and packaging: Inspect the cut board to ensure its quality meets the requirements before packaging.
