1-Application:

This production line is used for rubber continuous vulcanization producing, this equipment can produce single layer cable extrusion, double layer co-extrusion, double flat and double layer extrusion at the same time.

3-The Function of the Main Part :

1.Tension frame: giving a certain amount of tension to the wire to prevent the wire from shaking and provide a balance signal for the pay-off. Tension frame can also store wires.

2.Extruder: making the granular plastic particles into a plastic molten material through the shearing of the screw and the heating of the electric heating sheet, and the insulating material can be evenly attached to the conductor through the action of the machine head and the eye mold.

3.Cooling Water Trough:make the wire cool and shape, and facilitate the laser measurement of the outer diameter.
