Here, we introduce the on-site situation of our CO-DRIP brand inline flat drip tape extrusion line equipment. Our company mainly produces and sells Intelligent high-speed flat dripper irrigation pipe production lines DL450, with a maximum production speed of up to 450 meters/minute. Our intelligent production line enables one person to operate the machine, handling everything from raw material supply to unloading the finished drip tape rolls, making the entire production process fully automated and significantly reducing labor costs.
Here are some main functional systems of our Drip tape production line:
1. Extruder: Designed for high-speed plasticization of HDPE + LLPDE materials. The extruder can work with both new and recycled materials for drip tape production, helping reduce raw material costs.

2. Dripper automatic recognition, Double dripper sorting transport, and Dripper insertion system: We use double dripper feeders, hoppers, which ensure 100% qualified recognition of flat drippers.They transport the drippers quickly to the conveyor and precisely press them into the semi-melted inner wall of the drip tape. Our dripper distance control equipment controls dripper spacing errors within ±0.1mm.

2. Drip tape vacuum shaping/cooling system: Rapidly cools and fixes the shape of the drip tape, with outer diameter accuracy within ±0.2mm and wall thickness deviation controlled within ±0.05mm.

4. Drip tape punching system/ dripper perforator system: Servo punching machine precisely punches water holes at dripper positions. Punching speed can reach 4000 times/minute. The system automatically alarms if deviation limits are exceeded and includes a visual dripper inspection system.



5. Fully automatic winding system: Our fully automatic winder and tape storage rack control the forward speed of drip tape, completing automatic metering, cutting, roll for mation, roll unloading, and placing the core on the winder, ready for a new roll change. 6. Auxiliary system: Dripper automatic visualin spection system: This visual system inspects injection-molded drippers in our dripper inspection machine, performing full 3D inspection to ensure defect-free drippers enter the sorting device. This prevents bent or defective drippers from entering the drip tape and affecting product quality.
