Our CO-DRIP company has long been dedicated to the R&D of manufacturing technologies for drip irrigation equipment, as well as the design and development of various drip emitter molds. 1. Regarding Drip Irrigation tape extrusion production lines: We will conduct live demonstrations of our high-speed flat dripper perforation machines and haul-off units. The dripper punchign device with six perforator units operating simultaneously, we will showcase the exceptional punching speed and operational stability of our equipment when producing drip tape with ultra-short emitter spacing: 50mm.
2. Regarding fully automated assembly equipment for pressure-compensating emitters: We will perform live production runs on-site, demonstrating the manufacturing process for our advanced pressure compensation flat dripper. These emitters utilize laser welding technology to ensure highly reliable assembly, allowing us to achieve a complete production output of over 5,000 emitters per minute.
3. Regarding dripper visual inspection machinery: We will also provide live demonstrations of how the world's most advanced AI algorithms are applied to achieve high-end automation and ultra-high precision in the inspection of drip emitters. Utilizing AI algorithms and data analytics tailored to specific emitter designs, our visual inspection systems can accurately identify and automatically reject any defective dripper with 100% precision.
