In 2025, in addition tomaintaining sales in the Chinese drip irrigation pipe machinery market, our CO-DRIP brand flat dripper and round dripper drip irrigation pipe production lines were successfully sold tocountries such as India, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Tunisia, and especially successfully exported to Italy in Europe, further high lighting the competitive advantages of CO-DRIP brand drip irrigation tape production line technology and quality in developed European markets.
Compared to 2024, our inline flat emitter drip irrigation tape production line technology has the following break throughs:
1. Production lines peed: The stable production line speed has increased from 300 meters per minute to 400meters per minute;
2. Dripper sortingand conveying device: The design of the dripper conveying track has been changed from a square shape to a circular arc shape, enhancing the passage and speed of the drippers and reducing damage to the drippers during high-speed operation;
3. Improved efficiency of the dripper sorting and conveying unit： The efficiency has increased from supplying 3000 emitters per minute to 4000 emitters/perminute.
4. Control system: By collaborating with Siemens, Panasonic, and other system software providers, we have updated the operating program system, improving the synchronization and stability of each individual machine in the production line. This makes the entire production process, from dripper sorting conveying and synchronous pasting of drippers and irrigation tape extrusion, to drip irrigation pipe traction, punching, and automatic winding, smoother, achieving precise synchronization within 0.1 seconds.
