Product Introduction
This complete extrusion line is specially designed for continuous production of HDPE, PVC and MPP double-wall corrugated pipes. Adopting advanced water cooling forming technology, it features fast forming speed, stable pipe molding, high production efficiency and low energy consumption. The whole line consists of single screw main extruder, vacuum sizing & water cooling corrugator, haul-off machine, fixed-length cutting machine, stacking unit and electrical control system. The finished pipes have ring stiffness, anti-pressure property and corrosion resistance, widely applied in municipal drainage, sewage discharge, building ventilation, cable protection and underground pipeline engineering. The production line supports customized pipe diameters and production speeds according to customer demands, with reliable operation, easy maintenance and long service life.

Extrusion die head with spiral channel: 1 Real independent die head design, when the die head need to be changed for a different size, it can be realized easily through disassembling a few connecting parts of the die head and pulling out the heating cable, absolutely without any other adjusting work needed. This not only makes the changing of die head easier and faster, but also ensures the precision and long lifespan of the die head by means of avoiding disassemle the parts of die head frequently. 2The all-new die head with spiral channel can lower flow resistance of material effectively and improve the plasticizing effect though greatly shortening the channel length.


Model YS-1200H high-speed water cooling corrugator : 1 set 1 The mould blocks are laid out in a new horizontal structure. Comparing with the vertical structure, the rigidity of corrugator is much higher and the center of gravity is much lower so that the corrugator will be running more smoothly and stably with easier operation and maintenance. 2 An innovative water cooling system, which is adopted for the cooling of mould blocks, makes the cooling medium cycle in the mould blocks at a higher flow speed to achieve a higher cooling efficiency. In this way, it can ensure the production line have a higher output, and the highest output can reach 1800kg/h(HDPE). 3 Innovative design of corrugator structure makes the left and right frames open and close freely, which bring great convenience for flexible production. When it is need to change the mould blocks between different sizes, or when the corrugator is stopping without any mould blocks, the left and right frames can be opened and closed easily so as to effectively avoid complicated adjusting operation caused by mould blocks “clasping” the die head. 4 Unique design of orbits for the running of mould blocks can make the mould blocks running forward and backward bidirectionally. 5 The central height of the corrugator is fixed, and there is no need to adjust the frame or platform of the corrugator for easier operation. 6 The cooling circuit and vacuum channel in the mould blocks are formed in one time by precision casting with advanced patented technology, which brings a higher strength and longer lifespan for the mould blocks and ensures the production of pipes with higher quality and higher efficiency. 7 Automatic lubricating system has lots of lubricating orifices. The lubricating time and frequency can be preseted for automatically lubricating. 8 The position of corrugator can be adjusted electrically, and the corrugator is equipped with perfect measuring and feeding back devices in order to show the adjustment quantity in each dimensionality precisely. 9 The corrugator has a function of withdrawing in case of emergency. 10 It adopts international top brand PCC control system and modularizing control solution so as to have extremely high compatibility and high control precision with high reliability.
