This high-efficiency HDPE solid wall water supply pipe extrusion line is professionally designed for manufacturing municipal potable water supply pipes, irrigation pipes and industrial pressure pipeline products. The whole production line adopts mature and reliable single-screw extrusion technology, featuring stable plasticization, uniform pipe wall thickness, high finished product roundness and low energy consumption.

1. High-efficiency Single Screw Extruder Equipped with optimized barrier mixing screw and bimetallic barrel, ensuring excellent plasticizing effect, stable extrusion output and long service life. Adopts precise temperature control system to guarantee consistent melt quality for high-standard HDPE pipe production.
2. High-precision Pipe Die Head Adopts advanced flow channel design with uniform material distribution, effectively eliminating pipe surface defects and ensuring smooth inner and outer pipe walls. Suitable for producing multiple SDR grade pressure pipes such as SDR11, SDR17, SDR21 and SDR26.
3. Vacuum Calibration & Spray Cooling System Multi-stage vacuum sizing tank and circulating spray cooling structure ensure fast and uniform cooling. The pipe keeps perfect roundness and stable dimension even during long-time high-speed continuous production.
4. Stable Caterpillar Haul-off Machine Frequency conversion speed regulation, stable traction and synchronous running with the extruder. Effectively avoids pipe deformation and size deviation, improving product consistency.
5. Precision Cutting Unit Adopts dust-free fixed-length cutting, with smooth incision and neat pipe end. Supports automatic fixed-length cutting according to customer requirements.
