This dedicated extrusion production line is engineered to manufacture high-performance PET, PP and PE monofilaments, which serve as raw bristles for brooms, toothbrushes and an extensive range of industrial & household brushes.
The extruded finished filaments boast consistent diameter, outstanding tensile toughness, superior elastic recovery and remarkable anti-abrasion performance. Such premium raw materials enjoy broad application scenarios, covering domestic sweeping brooms, daily-use toothbrushes, heavy-duty industrial brushes as well as multiple types of cleaning supplies.
Boasting reliable mechanical stability, the whole unit enables non-stop large-volume continuous production, fully capable of accommodating clients' varied output standards and diverse manufacturing demands.

The single-screw extruder delivers high-efficiency extrusion. The electrical cabinet controls the entire production line equipped with a high-end PLC control system. Standard filaments are extruded through the extrusion head and spinneret.
High efficiency extruder is designed for monofilament
machine, equipped with reducer which is high speed and low noise, feeding section with cooling unit and reversing spiral groove, different pitch undulant screw which allows great output, lower melting temperature, and lower energy consumption.
