This PE WPC plastic extruder is engineered with a robust conical twin screw design, delivering outstanding high-torque output, superior plasticizing efficiency and remarkable self-cleaning performance throughout the extrusion process. The well-optimized screw geometry enables thorough melting and homogeneous mixing of PE resin together with high-content wood powder and other fillers, avoiding material degradation and residual material accumulation inside the barrel during continuous production.
Fitted with a professional grade PLC control system, the unit allows operators to carry out precise, real-time adjustment of rotating speed, barrel temperature, die temperature and all core extrusion parameters. All production data can be visualized on the human machine interface for convenient monitoring and parameter storage, greatly simplifying operation and reducing manual errors.
Featuring stable running performance and low-noise operation, this extruder is perfectly adapted for continuous mass-production of various outdoor PE wood-plastic profiles. It has excellent compatibility with high-filling formulations, which helps customers cut down raw-material costs significantly. Even under high-filler-ratio working conditions, consistent melt homogeneity is maintained, guaranteeing stable finished product quality with fewer defective parts.
