Product Description
The PPR pipe extruder covers an extrusion range of 20-110 mm. It is widely used for domestic cold water pipes, hot water pipes and buried piping.
PPR pipes feature outstanding long-term hydrostatic strength and creep resistance, resisting deformation under long-term pressure. Under standard working conditions, the service life of the pipes is designed for 50 years.
They have balanced toughness and better low-temperature impact resistance than homopolymer PP (PPH), so they are not prone to brittle fracture during transportation and construction in winter.

4. Payment Conditions
Customers need to pay 30% total value as T/T deposit. The 70% balance can be paid via T/T or irrevocable sight L/C before delivery.We accept USD, EUR, CNY, RUB for payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Trade terms: FOB Qingdao or CIF your destination port.5.2 Lead time: 30-60 working days after receiving the deposit, we will inform you to inspect the machines. After full payment is received, we will finish packaging and prepare for shipment within 15 working days.
6. After-Sales Warranty
6.1 Warranty time: 12 months starting from the arrival of machines at your warehouse.6.2 Free service and free spare parts are provided for the whole machine within the warranty period.6.3 We offer lifelong maintenance service. After warranty, we still provide technical support, and you only pay for the spare parts you need.
7. Machine Inspection
After production is finished, we will invite you to inspect the machines in our factory before delivery. We ensure all equipment is in good working condition and bear the testing material cost. You can come to our factory personally or appoint a third party to conduct inspection.
8. On-Site Installation & Commissioning
We can send our technical team to your factory for line installation and commissioning upon your request. You shall be responsible for engineers' round-trip tickets, accommodation, catering and other expenses, as well as a service charge of 120 USD per day per engineer.
