Product Introduction
This110mm-355mm HDPE Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line is designed for high-efficiency production of high-density polyethylene pipes. It adopts a high-performance single-screw extruder and precise PLC control system, ensuring stable operation, uniform wall thickness and high dimensional accuracy. The complete production line supports automatic feeding, calibration, cooling, haul-off and cutting. It is widely used in water supply, gas transmission and drainage projects, featuring energy saving, easy operation and strong durability, ideal for medium-scale pipe manufacturing.

Single Screw Extruder:
All extruders deployed for this production line are single screw extruders, suitable for the production of pipes made from PP, PE, PPR and other raw materials.
This line is equipped with one main extruder, two co-extruders and one colour stripe co-extruder, capable of manufacturing ABC three-layer pipes with marking stripes.

Cooling system:
The cooling system consists of two types of tanks: vacuum calibration tank and spray water tank. Equipped with 9-meter-long tanks, high-quality vacuum pumps and water pumps, the line ensures efficient sizing and cooling performance.

Haul-off machine:
The double caterpillar haul-off machine can pull pipes with a maximum diameter of 500mm. It delivers high stability and firm gripping.

4. Payment Terms
A 30% T/T deposit is required in advance. The remaining 70% balance shall be paid by T/T or irrevocable sight L/C before delivery.
Available settlement currencies: USD, EUR, CNY, RUB.
5. Delivery Terms
5.1 Shipping mode: FOB Qingdao Port or CIF destination port.
5.2 Production & delivery cycle: Within 30-60 working days after receiving the deposit, we will notify you for machine inspection. After receiving the full balance payment, we will complete goods packaging and arrange shipment within 15 working days.
6. Warranty Policy
6.1 Warranty period: 12 months, calculated from the date when the machines arrive at your warehouse.
6.2 During the warranty period, we provide free technical services and free spare parts for the whole production line.
6.3 Lifetime technical support: After the 12-month warranty expires, we still provide long-term follow-up service; you only need to bear the cost of required spare parts.
7. Factory Inspection Rules
Once machine production is completed, we will notify you to arrange pre-shipment inspection. We guarantee all equipment runs in good condition. We bear all raw material costs for factory testing. You can arrange on-site inspection by yourself or entrust a third-party inspection institution to our factory.
8. Installation & Commissioning Service
If you need, we can arrange professional technical engineers to your factory for full production line installation and commissioning. You need to cover engineers' round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals and other living expenses, plus a service fee of 120 USD per engineer per day.
