Product Description
This machine can takes PP as raw materials and even 100% recycled material. After the materials are heated, extruded, cutted and stretched into flat or round fibre then rolled for circular loom weaving.

The screw cylinder of extruder is made by 38CrMoAlA alloy steel. It's hardness is higher than HV95%. After Nitrogen treatment it's durable. The extruder and drawing parts are with stepless speed regulation. All drive rollers are electroplated with chromium. With magnetic powder clutch to control the tension.
