Pre-installation inspection: Before installation, we send technicians to the scene. We'll open the package together to inspect specifications, models, equipment, number of accessories on the quantity and appearance. Acceptance criteria is according to the national standard, the ministerial standard, and the contract signed by both parties. After The acceptance both sides should sign the open-package records. Damage and missing parts due to the transportation, we will coordinate related department to compensate for the missing parts.
When installing the unit we will send the technicians to your factory to carry out technical disclosure.We will do the regular quality tracking service, understand and guide the operation of equipment at any time. Provide technical advice; always provide the required spare parts of normal maintenance. According to your requirements, we'll send the technical personnel as technical support.
To our offered device, you have any request or doubt, we will reply within 24 hours. If necessary we’ll send technicians to do on-site guidance.
4. On-site service
During the equipment installation, our company will send staff toconduct
on-site service,butthe cost for visaand come-and-back air tickets ,accommodation, eating will be undertook by the buyer and be paid 60USD/day.

6,Warranty period
Your production line according to the relevant regulations of the state, since the completion of commissioning date, in accordance with procedures correctly use of premise, will be provided free warranty service: the complete equipment maintenance is 12 months and the Electric equipment maintenance is 6 months.
During the specified warranty period, causing the fault due to our manufacture, you could notify our center or the local department of special maintenance. We will use the shortest possible time to solve the problems. And resume the production as soon as possible.
