The YCZ-1300B-4 Cement Bag Seam Bag-Making Machine Set is newly produced by remodeling and trials with foreign advanced technology. lt uses the 2 in 1 laminated woven fabric or 3 in 1 paper plastic laminated woven fabric and paper-bag paper as the basic materials. First, the basic material is printed continuously through the flexographic printer and punched to form a roll. Then the plastic extruding strip sticks its side and forms roll-shaped bags. Next, the basic material is cut continuously and the bags are counted and piled.
This machine set can produce monolayer cement compound bags or multilayer compound cement bags with inside paper.
This machine set can produce different kinds of packaging bags such as gusset bags, non-gusset bags, flat opening bags and self-sealing valve bags.
This machine set is equipped with PLC, advanced electrical system and mechanical devices covering the whole technical process of basic material feeding, printing, punching, roll-forming, gusset forming, seam sticking, bag cutting, and double stage delivery and bag piling. The basic material can be automatically processed successively in one technical line from feeding to the finished products. With advanced bag-making technology, this machine set is equipped with 4-station fabric roll feeding shelf, which meets the demands of multilayer paper bags and bags with inside paper. We adopt the “Economic Pair-Cutting Method” to produce the valve cement bags. In this way, we can save 20mm of basic material when making each cement bag. The bags can be widely applied to the packaging, storing and transporting of a variety of materials including cement.
