Applications and features:
The machine has four colour cloth roll to print continuaiiy, heat rotate cutting continually. It is equipped with tiny hole roller and gueest forming equipment.
The speed has direct relation with oil, so the speed lies on the drying speed of oil .
The machine adopts inverter speed-adjusting, and is equipped with positive 2-6 four color printing machine and negative 2-4 color printing machine. The machine is overlapped. The machine adopts flexographic printing or rubber printing and anilox roller to convey oil, so it can distribute oil evenly, and save the oil and the printing effect is vivid. lt is also equipped with exceed clutch system, so it can mix oil evenly even when the machine stops working, avoiding uneven oil and reducing waster. The printing roller oil pressing lifting system ensures the printing roller can be lifted away from the printing material when the machine stops working. So the plate pollution can be avoided because of stopping machine, and the waste products can be reduced. The printing machine set has high overprinting precision, can format making breadthwise and lengthways and mix subtlely chromatical position, so the precision of overprinting is guaranteed and the printing quality is improved.
The cutting device has planet differential system; so the error during printing cutting can be adjusted and the printing position is guaranteed. The equipped electric hot cutter can cut bags instantly to ensure a neat bag edge.
