Main Features
1. This series machine adopts advanced double return hydraulic system. According to the technique requirement, we introduce German technology. With double driven cylinders two speeds for mould open/close motion. It also equip with adjustable double cylinders driven ejecting plate for easy & fast demoulding.
2. It has a distinct advantage of fast mould and ejector installation. The special design machine-top platform makes the daily maintenance more convenient.
3. The efficient vacuum system could achieve low moisture content products.
4. According to customer’s demand, core pull device is optional.
5. All electrical spare parts meet the standard of CE and CCC. They are made by famous brand enterprise.
6. Equipped with multi-language PLC control system, it could realize the dialogue between the machine and the operator.
