Features

※Drive part of the main machine: AC motors and transducers are adopted for driving material rolls to be cut, which accelerate and decelerate the material rolls stably and quickly.

※Central Control Unit: Programmable central unit is used for controlling, and it can be set so that the materials on one shaft can be cut into multiple sizes by automatic switching.

※Operation panel: The operation interface adopts an LCD touch screen for setting various roll cutting conditions and running conditions directly on the screen.

※Positioning system for roll cutting: A servo motor is used for controlling high-precision ball screws, thus positioning the rolls; linear slide rails are used for supporting the tool holder. The positioning system can position the rolls accurately and smoothly.

※Feeding positioning system: A servo motor is used for controlling the feeding mode; the tool can be fed for cutting the rolls at the speed in three stages, thus improving the efficiency and achieving the best quality.

※Circular cutter angle adjustment: the angle of the rotation of the circular cutter can be calculated by using a servo motor, which should be changed with the materials. The number of replacements can be reduced and the production efficiency can be improved.

※Quick shaft replacer: The replacer has three cutting shafts for option. Different modes are adopted for quickly replacing shafts to meet the requirements of different materials.
