After 50 years of development and accumulation of experiences, Zhongyun Group has expanded to 5 production and sales bases, and currently involved in the development and manufacture of both plastic pipe extrusion machines and large sized wind generators, precision casting, etc.

Our high-quality R&D team has solid theoretical background, bringing together all professionals 

 in fields of mechanical design, automation design, mechanical manufacturing process, plastics 

 processing and molding process. More than 90% of the engineers have Bachelors degree, and 

 about 50% of the engineers have working experience in large state-owned machinery 

 manufacturing enterprises or in foreign machinery manufacturing enterprises, therefore,

In order to ensure our machines with a high degree of reliability and durability, we have many types of professional and sophisticated manufacturing equipments with continuous update and improvement. We aim at highly specialization in every aspect of machine manufacturing, no matter in large CNC machining equipments, or in metal welding and mechanical assembly aspect, or in coordinate measuring machining (CMM) for quality control.

Extensive experience in the production of plastic double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line over the years lays a solid foundation of keeping advanced technology in this area for us. We have been depending on innovation as the driving force of development, and constantly pursued technological innovation. In the field of PE/PP double wall corrugated pipe production, we are the only manufacturer which engaged in production lines with air cooling technology, semi-water cooling technology, and water cooling technology in China.

Before delivery, all the machines must pass the rigorous practical dynamictests to ensure that the machines delivered to the customers can come up to quality standards. Although this will increase our operating costs, we believe that ensuring product quality is more important than controlling costs.
