High Speed & Efficiency
l Our
injection unit has been designed in 2-stage model, in which
plasticizing and injection can be separated by have plunger independent
from the screw. Time taken for plasticizing can be paralleled with
injection, packing and cooling so that the total cycle time can be
shorten. The design also enables us to achieve high shot volume.
l 3-station
take-out plate can offer post-mould cooling to achieve shorter cycle
time. Our robot unit adopts the servo system from SEW, Germany and has
been designed to fixed on a single geometric surface by two parallel
rails with wide gap. So that its precision and stability have been
greatly improved to benefit the machine life span.
l Our
injection unit uses single-cylinder and high-pressure technology. The
highest injection pressure can reach up to 175bar, which would be
adequate to conquer all PET at different intrinsic viscosity. Two high
volume accumulators have been involved in hydraulic system to support
high injection pressure.
Stability
We
use SIEMENS S7-319 CPU in our control system and the communication has
been organized in Profibus model, flexible and rapid-reacting, which can
realizes both remote monitor and fault diagnosis.
Energy-saving
Power
has been transformed to clamping tonnage by the small cylinder and its
pressure would be amplified by toggle system so that we can clamp the
mould with very small flow rate in hydraulic system. During injection
and pressure holding, the clamping cylinder is always closed. While
hydro-mechanic model has to lie on continuous pressure from the clamping
cylinder to support clamping force, our system only needs 1/5 of its
flow rate to be more energy effective.
We use multi circulation and differential design in our hydraulic system to minimize the loss in flow rate.
The
entire system has been powered by two separated motors, one for
plasticizing and the other for the rest functions. So that the operator
can turn the motors on and off separately according to requests.
The
vacuum pump in our system is from SIEMENS and our pneumatic system has
been optimized. When it is not necessary, the vacuum pump would be in
off-load model to save power.
Easy Operation
Our
HIM is from SIEMENS, stable and fast. There are two languages
alternatives in both English&Chinese, simple, practical and easy
operating.

Professionally optimized toggle system has achieved high level in speed and force.
l Lower power consumption to achieve enough clamping tonnage.
l Deformation in the frame has been controlled within 0.02mm/m vertically and 0.01mm/m horizontally.

l Fast
and high precision servo valves from BOSCH-REXROCH has been adopted in
our system to achieve high precision and fast reaction in plasticizing,
injection, mould open/clamping and ejecting.
l Large volume accumulators ensure adequate power for the whole system and more energy effective at the same time.

l 2-stage injection model, which parallels plasticizing and injection.
l The plunger is controlled by separated hydraulic cylinder to achieve high precision in each shot.
l There
is no back proof at the end of screw so that the AA value and IV drop
in preforms have been significantly reduced and maintained.
