From November 12 to 14, 2025, the Kazakhstan International Plastics and Chemical Industry Exhibition – PLASTEX QAZAQSTAN – will be held for the first time at the Atakent Exhibition Complex (Almaty).This large-scale industry event will bring together leading manufacturers, suppliers, and consumers of plastics, rubbers, polymers, and chemical products.
The development of the plastics and chemical industry in Kazakhstan today reflects both global trends and the country’s strategic course toward increasing industrial independence.According to the Bureau of National Statistics: In 2024, the manufacturing industry grew by 4.8%, Production of chemical products increased by 9.5%, There are 1,086 enterprises operating in the country, which is 11% more than the previous year.
Since 2020, the volume of chemical production in Kazakhstan has increased by more than 30%, confirming sustainable sector development and strong investor interest.
The global market also shows steady growth: according to Market Research Future forecasts, its volume will exceed USD 750 billion by 2030. All this makes participation in Plastex Qazaqstan especially relevant for companies seeking to strengthen their positions, establish new production chains, and enter the international arena.
The exhibition aims not only to be an expo but also a platform for dialogue between businesses, government bodies, and the scientific community. Here, companies will be able to showcase their developments and technologies, meet new partners and clients, and discuss prospects for implementing innovative and “green” solutions.
Participation has already been confirmed by companies from Iran and China, highlighting international interest in this new project.
The event is organized by the Kazakhstan exhibition company Iteca and its international partner – the ICA Events Group.
Official support is provided by the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Almaty Akimat, as well as industry unions and associations, including Eurobak and World&Monitor.

PLASTEX QAZAQSTAN 2025 will feature a number of professional exhibition sections, covering technologies and equipment for polymer processing, raw materials and production materials, products and technologies related to 3D printing and digital manufacturing, molds and tooling, finished products and components, as well as technologies related to recycling and regranulates.
