Full-container order inquiry – AAR-approved PET strapping (19×1, 19×0.8, 16×1, 16×0.8 mm) to San Antonio, Chile

My name is Ignacio Astaburuaga from Chile. I’m interested in purchasing one full container of AAR-approved PET strapping with the following sizes:

19 × 1.0 mm

19 × 0.8 mm

16 × 1.0 mm

16 × 0.8 mm


Destination & logistics

Shipment by sea to Port of San Antonio, Chile (CLSAI).

I already have my own forwarder, so please quote on FOB terms (your preferred port). If you can also indicate CIF San Antonio as an option, appreciated.


Please confirm / quote the following:

1. AAR approval: your AAR ID, current validity, and a copy of the approval (Table 19.1 Type IV Polyester Strapping).


2. Technical specs per size:

Breaking strength, elongation, and tolerance.

Core (ID/width), coil length/weight, embossing (pattern), color (green or other), and finish.

Approved joint type under AAR (e.g., friction-weld / hot-knife).



3. Packaging & palletization: coils per pallet, pallets per 20’/40’HC, total coils/container, and gross/net weights.


4. MOQ per size and mixing rules inside the same container.


5. Lead time (production + ready date) and validity of prices.


6. Prices: please quote FOB (port) per coil and/or per ton, for each size.


7. Payment terms and accepted currencies.


8. Documents: HS code, test reports, MSDS (if applicable), and sample availability.


9. Branding: printing/logo and label customization options (MOQ and cost).



If helpful, you may propose an optimized load plan for a 40’HC balancing all four sizes.
